"Thanks to our education bureau for giving us an autumn break, everything was affordable when we went out to eat and stay. Facilities: The whole room is smart, with intelligent TV, lights, and curtains. It's a projector, and watching TV is incredibly enjoyable. If you have kids, you can ask for children's toothbrushes. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. The toilet has disinfectant, and the bathroom sink not only has hand soap but also, to my delight, laundry detergent. For large clothes, you can ask customer service to help wash them, but for small, personal items like underwear, I prefer to wash them myself. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides laundry detergent in the room, which shows great thoughtfulness. And this laundry detergent is very effective; a quick scrub gets things clean. I'd love to know what brand it is! Ambiance: Trendy and cool, perfect for young people. My 8-year-old child was very satisfied with this hotel. Service: There's a butler who you can add on WeChat, and you can tell them any needs you have. Location: It's right next to Huangxing Square. A few tens of meters to the right when you exit the hotel is a subway entrance for Huangxing Square, and the snack street is right in the square. It's close to Wuyi Square and IFC, making it very convenient for photos and sightseeing. Breakfast: It's alright, a little bit of everything. A small suggestion: If you see guests with children, it would be absolutely perfect if you could proactively ask if they need children's toothbrushes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, I hope the price doesn't go up, haha."

"Booked non-smoking room only to find that all rooms are smoking rooms, but that they treat the room after guests checked out. After giving feedback on the strong cigarette smell, we were upgraded to a room without cigarette smell. Location is very convenient, steps away from exit 7, and wheelchair friendly route to train station exit 6 is just an easy 7 mins walk. Reception is at 7 floor, free laundry room at 14 floor. Great food all around the hotel."

"My stay at the Changsha IFS Exotic Impression Hotel was quite good overall. The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. Whether you're heading out to explore or looking for a restaurant, everything is within easy walking distance, saving you time and hassle. The room hygiene was excellent; the bed was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The view from the window was also beautiful; at night, you could see Changsha's stunning river view, with lights reflecting on the water, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The overall stay felt quiet and relaxing. The only minor suggestion would be if the air conditioning in the room could be a bit stronger, that would make it perfect. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with the overall experience."

My friend particularly appreciated the butler service: laundry was collected and returned neatly folded by evening, and any requests were promptly addressed. This hotel will absolutely be my top choice for any future visits to Changsha!"

"I spent a lot of time choosing this hotel, and I'm glad I did. The location is excellent, right next to Wuyi Square subway station. Even though it's surrounded by popular restaurants and specialty stores, being on the fourth floor meant it was surprisingly quiet (the external environment really didn't affect the stay). The room was spacious and clean, with a simple yet well-equipped decor. The soundproofing in my room was good, completely justifying the price."

What's more, the guest services team proactively called ahead to check on my needs, which was a lovely touch. "The two things I especially liked about this hotel were 1. The design, which was very classy. I especially liked the little touches around the room like small flower vases, and 2. The attentive service, especially from Wenwen and Tang tang. Even though we had to use a translation app to communicate they were extremely patient and kind! We would definitely love to return to this hotel. Two small changes I would make. 1. Afternoon tea served in plastic cups, no need for plastic 2. The room doesn't really have a lake view so I would change the description."

"Facilities: The room facilities are complete, with a mini-bar, bathrobes, and complimentary fruit all prepared. Hygiene: The cleanliness was truly exceptional. I have a bit of a sensitive nose (rhinitis) and am quite reactive to dust and odors, but when I entered the room, there was absolutely no strange smell. For a room with sealed windows, this odor management was superb. Environment: The environment felt like a new picturesque scene with every step. For a courtyard room, apart from the main entrance being a bit hard to find, the hotel lobby design was unique and elegant, and the room itself had a lot of character. My favorite part was the vanity mirror provided on the desk. Since the room lighting was generally soft, that vanity mirror was an absolute joy for any woman! Service: The most important thing I want to praise are the ladies at the front desk. First, they gave me a very gentle impression. I arrived in Changsha around 9 AM, and knowing that rooms would likely not be ready, I intentionally had lunch before checking in. I didn't expect it to be so busy, but the front desk attendant upgraded my room type and allowed me to rest first, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Upon checkout, I even received an aromatic sachet as a souvenir – it smells lovely! This hotel was the most unexpected highlight of my trip. My impression of it is absolutely top-notch. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Changsha."

"Took the kids to Changsha for autumn break, and this hotel was absolutely divine! We arrived in Changsha quite early and didn't expect much, but to our surprise, the hotel staff immediately arranged our check-in without hesitation and even thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room. This allowed the kids and us to rest right away, which was such a pleasant surprise! The room had fantastic natural light, was spacious and comfortable – absolutely perfect for staying with kids without feeling cramped. There were plenty of parking spaces right outside, and even charging stations, making it super convenient for those traveling by car and saving a lot of hassle. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'm definitely choosing this place again; it's a guaranteed winner!"

"We stayed during the autumn holiday, and the hotel manager thoughtfully informed us beforehand that it would be quite full to ensure our stay wasn't negatively affected by any potential service shortcomings. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently showed initiative in their service. Issues were resolved promptly and efficiently, whether it was the duty manager, the front desk, or the housekeeping staff. Overall, excellent service! Pros regarding facilities and services: 1. Spacious rooms. 2. Automatic sensor lights for night-time, a very thoughtful design. 3. A vanity mirror and a small trash can specifically for makeup next to the sink. 4. Laifen hairdryer. 5. Separate shower and toilet. 6. Delicious hotel breakfast, especially the stir-fried noodles! 😂 7. Complimentary snacks upon check-out. Cons: 1. There's subway/construction work near the hotel, which wasn't indicated on the platform or informed by the hotel beforehand. However, they kindly moved us to another room, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. 2. The weather in Changsha was too warm these past few days, and the room was quite hot since the hotel could only turn on heating, not cooling. But they did provide a fan, which was a decent workaround and acceptable. Haha, it feels like a 5-star hotel standard, very good. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance."
